Our Pacific Cod is caught using the most sustainable methods, Long Line and Pot fishing. The fresh caught Cod is processed on board and flash frozen at the peak of freshness to preserve the best quality possible. Deep Sea Cod is then available collar-on and collar-off.

 

Our fresh caught salmon are processed in both our vessels and shore plants, with the same attention to quality. These gorgeous fish are available as; Whole H&G, Filleted (pin-bone-in or pin-bone-out), and  Pin-Bone-Out portions.
